Single family residential lots. RVs allowed but need to be in an enclosed garage. Domestic animals only. Minimum livable area is 2,250 sq.ft. on grade level with or without a basement. All square footage requirements shall be exclusive of open porches, pergolas, or attached garages. Setbacks are: Front; 20 feet from the front lot line; however there are provisions for lots with a slope. Side:  10 feet with provisions for sloped lots. Rear:  25% of lot depth, but need not be more than 30 feet, and shall not be less than 15 feet. Height Limitations:   Building heights shall be no greater than 35 feet. Could be less depending on lot characteristics. Driveways: to be solid surfaced in colored concrete and/or pavers. Architectural Review Committee: No stipulated type of Architecture; however plans will be reviewed, no fee to review plans. No time frame on when to build; however once home starts construction, completion must be in 12 months. Landscaping must be installed within 90 days after completion.
